Ray > I think Hill & Knowlton did a much better job on the body double this time. The only thing that is not well done is the nose.

For comparison, I have assembled a collage of the earlier "bin Laden" pictures together with a still from the latest video from the links which you posted.

img.photobucket.com

Note, this time, how the beard is different from the two lower pictures which are considered to be authentic. Now, the beard is bushy and full right up to his nose, covering both cheeks, while in the "originals" the moustache is well defined as are the lips and cheeks.

Indeed, because the mouth is completely obscured by the beard one has no idea whether the voice is actually coming from the subject or from elsewhere. This would make it far easier for anyone else to read the text while the subject simply mimes and wags his finger occasionally. Of course, and as usual, the speech is very indistinct and synthetic and no microphone is visible. I also find it strange that when the video fades, as it does occasionally for whatever reason, the level of the audio remains constant which may be a clue to the audio having been "dubbed in".

"...which sounds like a campaign speech for George Bush:"

Actually, I thought it sounded more like a campaign speech for Kerry. Kind of a sequel to Fahrenheit 911.

What I thought was more interesting were these two statements:

"We had agreed with the overall commander Mohammed Atta, may God rest his soul, to carry out all operations in 20 minutes before Bush and his administration take notice."

And:

"It never occurred to us that the commander-in-chief of the American armed forces would leave 50,000 of his citizens in the
two towers to face these horrors alone."

The attacks occurred over an hour and a half period, not 20 minutes. Is it truly possible bin Laden doesn't know that?

The attacks on the WTC occurred well before most of those 50,000 people reported for work. It's virtually impossible to imagine anyone planning the attacks for a time before 9:30-10 AM if their goal was to kill as many people as possible. Is it believable that bin Laden knew how many people worked in the buildings, but wasn't bright enough to figure out what time of day they worked there?

The podium cuts the fellow in the video rather high. I'm 6'3" and have always noticed those damn things seem to be built for people at least 6" shorter than myself. I've certainly never had any problem with my elbows hitting 3" inches below the back edge. Isn't bin Laden supposed to be something like 6'6"? The posture behind the podium suggests that of a person of average height or less. A tall person would be leaning palms down on the typical piece of furniture of that sort.

Unfortunately, the only translation I get is it amounts to a promise from Kerry to follow through with Bush's rape of America. His actor made the speech Kerry has been dying to make all along. It sounds ever so much better for bin Laden to giggle at Bush's "incompetence" on 9/11 than for Kerry to do so.

If anything is ever going to change in this country, people are going to have to abandon the zombie mind set that there is a moral difference between Democratic criminals and Republican criminals.

RGD: These are simple declarative statements. They are exactly the same in style as the statements that George Bush and his surrogates are making on the campaign trail. Please compare what you've read above with this completely different style of talking/writing in September, 2001:

LOL!

To the conspiracy integrationist, the difference couldn't be attributed to your attempting to compare an interview...

serendipity.li

...with a taped statement?

You'd be pathetic if you weren't so hilarious. But, I like you just the way you are.

ROFL!!!

[T]oday's release...sounds like a campaign speech for George Bush[.]

LOL (2).

"...It never occurred to us that the commander in chief of the American forces would leave 50,000 citizens in the two towers to face those horrors alone at a time when they most needed him.

Because he thought listening to a child discussing her goat and its ramming was more important than the planes and their ramming of the skyscrapers. This gave us three times the time needed to carry out the operations, thanks be to God..."

Bush covers up a lot of sins and crimes, but not masterminding 9-11. That's way over the top.

I do agree though that Zarqawi might be a CIA construct.
After all he muysteriously grew back a leg he was supposed to have had amputated.

But Osama Bin Lauden is real. Could OBL in the new tape be an imposter? Possble. But if that is a Bush October Surprise it's not a very strong one. Polls have hardly budged since the tape came out and Kerry is hammering Bush for losing Osama at Tora Bora.
