That's ridiculous. I doubt that you are committing perjury. Call the closest American consulate to you for an explanation as to what to do and I will call the Kerry campaign later today and see what they say.

Elroy, They expect you to apply a little common sense here. You have a right to vote, so vote.

If they sent you a ballot that's not perfect so what - vote.

The guideline is: one vote per person.

The guideline is not: don't vote if we don't send you an absolutely perfect ballot.

Please don't embarrass us Democrats by illustrating how even a Democrat with an MBA can't fill out a ballot !!!

Life isn't perfect, and neither are ballots. They expect you to apply some common sense here.

One vote per person is the golden rule.
