Mq, whatever. The Russians have ratified the Kyoto treaty, and our multi-national corporations will have to observe it if they want to do business with the rest of the world. The 144-page report on Arctic climate change will be released next week. The scientists are starting to panic. If Kerry wins the election he will rejoin negotiations on Kyoto. If Bush wins then I think he'll get a lot of pressure from Tony Blair about it.
