Seventh Son, I would look at a couple more things in the Rosiana file: 1- one consider that Xeno may be entirely fictive and may have an interest in seeing the shares go lower... (he is short or wants to acquire some shares at a lower price) 2- i would research whether the central government in Romania has a constitutional right to expropriate. Not all countries allow expropriation, for example Japan has no such law and the construction of a second runway at Narita International airport was forever held up by one last farmer who refused to sell his land. regards, step1
