Yep. Not a blowout, but a solid majority in both the popular vote and the EC. Plus the Repubs are up 4 seats in the Senate (and it looks as if Martinez will win in FL and Thune in SD, though both are too close to call right now) so all in all, a very nice night. However, I wouldn't be surprised to find when I wake up tomorrow if Bush has not officially won because the Dems demand a recount somewhere. And I think the SD and FL Senate results will be contested too. Don't see Daschle giving up without a fight.

Ohio falls to Bush.

With Alaska, that puts him at 269 and even if Kerry wins every other state, Bush wins in the House.

I believe, however, that Bush wins New Mexico and maybe Nevada. Hawaii would be icing on the cake.
