I agree. It is much more encouraging to view the relationship between consumers and pharmaceuticals as healthy than to view it as adversarial. There is a lot of room for change. There is corruption on both sides (fraud by consumers, gauging and politicing by the pharms). We need to struggle for improvements without making sweeping generalizations about who the bad guy is.
