Huh? Which countries? The US?

Germany is cutting nukes and putting up lots of wind turbines. But I've heard it could end up having to buy nuke power from the French to make up for lost capacity.

They went back to coal power plants.

We would see plants built on top of western coal mines if they could change Byrds rules to protect eastern coal. I understand the western coal is much cleaner burning but has to be scrubbed to eastern coal standards.

China is building a ton of coal plants.
