Albright should review it now. Perhaps she should speak to it, and answer why she didn't acknowledge it in 1999...or 2000....

I think it is VERY important to figure out why Albright and Clinton didn't respond to this report..... If they had responded in a much more forceful way (non-militarily forceful) it is possible that 5 years down stream we wouldn't have to dealing with the bigger problem now.

However, I think the Bush Admin is correct in working through a much bigger leverage with China.....China after all, is VERY close to this narcissist NK murderer....

And don't doubt that he has more weapons and more money than they will admit... When you read more of that report, you will notice what the effect of our aid to NK has been....The citizens are starving, and the millions of soldiers are fed and have weapons.
