Yes, the doctor gave me Darvocet but I didn't get it filled.
Still have plenty of pain pills from my knee replacement. Stronger ones.

Yeah, lots of ETODOLAC anti-inflammatory, but it is an NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) that works OK for a short time. I started on a 1/2 pill per day and am up to 2 whole pills per day plus 2 Alleve at night - goodbye liver because too many NSAID's (Alleve is a non Rx NSAID) eventually ruin your liver. The nurse told me to sustitute Tylenol for the Alleve's. It is not an NSAID. The trouble is that it takes 2 Tylenol every 3-4 hours to replace each 12-hour Alleve. See why my attitude towards life tends to lean toward the negative? Life sucks and trying to stay alive sucks even more. :)
