Do you really think the terrorists will be eliminated when Fallujah is... well... whatever it's going to be after the upcoming battle is over? It seems we were told the insurgency was just a few holdouts from the old regime. Then we were told the attacks would slow when Saddam was captured. Then we were told the attacks would slow when solvergnity was turned back to the Iraqis. Now it's when Fallujah is under control. The track record suggests someone doesn't understand what Bush Sr. ment when he predicted that Americans in Iraq would be "occupiers in a bitterly hostile land."
