No, I don't think it's ok. However, if a bunch of Muslims in Detroit suddenly decide they want to form an Islamic state there and secede from the U.S., I'd have a problem with that, but I wouldn't do anything except shake my head in bewilderment and disgust.

If their desire then turned violent and they started taking our children hostage in our schools, you'd be surprised at how quickly I'd demand our government respond swiftly and decisively. If they killed one of our children, I'd want every hostage take dead. As for the rest, I'd have them all deported to the Middle East in a heartbeat.

Chechnya is part of Russia. The Muslims have no right to secede. If they want a state of their own with Sharia law, they can go to Saudi Arabia where one exists. Muslims need to learn to get along in whatever country they find themselves. There are many societies that may seem Godless to them, but that doesn't give them the right to turn violent and try to sieze the land for themselves to create and Islamic state.
