I don't know if the "Guardian" got burned, I just think most people in the world are shocked by Americans right now - and more than a little fearful. I think the cover from the London "Daily Mirror" said it all. home.pacbell.net Most of the world saw the Presidential Debates - many newspapers around the world suggest George Bush is now mentally ill or incapacitated. They just can't believe anyone voted for a person in his condition. Even close allies no longer feel safe. If Americans realized how quickly their nation is being spent into bankruptcy, they'd understand the shock and fear too. .
