Would a $200 Million/year grant to Celera Diagnostics change your mind?

Not really. ABI currently has revenues of something like $2 billion and Celera Genomics revenues around $1 billion. So as a percentage it isn't huge, even assuming they got the whole contract, which is pretty unlikely the way these things usually work. Further, this isn't really what Celera Diagnostics does - they are trying to move up the food chain.

This isn't an area I follow or know much about - I'm just speaking on general principles here.
