Every headline I read points to the death of innocent Iraqi people at the hands of the insurgents blowing up churches, buses, checkpoints, schools, hospitals, police stations, and whatever target serves the purpose. The assault by Al Quaeda and Iraqi insurgents has to be recognized as an act of terrorism against the Iraqi people.

At some point, the Iraqi people will begin to realize this pattern of violence is not acceptable. They will support all force to put an end to the insurgents.

"Civilian killed in Iraq" does not equal "victim of terrorism"

terrorism: The unlawful use(check) or threatened use of force or violence(check) by a person or an organized group(check) against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments(check), often for ideological or political reasons(check).

Last I checked the war in Iraq was indeed "illegal".

The war most certainly is being driven for ideological and political reasons - the neocons even admit this.

It may not "feel" like terrorism to us, safe behind our TV sets, but I bet the average civilian still stuck in Fallujah - and make no mistake, there will be innocents there who simply didn't have the means to escape - I bet these people are quite convinced they are being attacked by "coalition partner" terrorists.

"Actually a number of the dead in Iraq are the victims of terrorism but the terrorist aren't Americans."

If one subtracts the number of civilian dead to which you refer from the total number of civilian dead one gets the number of civilian dead due to terrorism caused by the US.

That number is greater than zero.

You have to recognize that state terrorism(you seem to cherry pick your definitions) is also terrorism.
