Thanks....I just went to look, and see that it was Potassium Cxxxxxxx that we had left...550mg tabs....Now I've filed your post and will get your recommendation on the next time when I'm out and about. My knee is dang near impossible to deal with tonight....Have been doing too much on it I guess. Makes me mad, because the rest of me feels terrific... Am leaving for LV tomorrow afternoon, and walking for miles shopping and casinos is the big thing...right now, I wouldn't be able to go too far...

I took that for my jaw. They had to remove the cartilidge and within a few months of taking it, you could see on x-ray where it had started coming back. I had to stop taking it because it was kinda going crazy in there taking over. They went back in and trimmed all the excess away. My kids asked me if I was like a lizard growing it's tail back. I said sure, what else could it be! They were only 5 and 3 at the time.<g>
