It looks like civil war is breaking out all over thanks to incompetent leadership here and abroad. Half the US is at war with the other half, Israeli right-wingers are after Sharon's head, Ms Arafat is accusing Palestinians of trying to bury her hubbie alive, Allawi has shown he has zero authority over the Kurds and the Sunnis have left the Iraqi government, Putin has declared himself defacto Emperor of Russia, European allies whack the US upside the head repeatedly and vice versa... When was the last time the world was this divided? ==== Is the Evil Shrubbery disappointed that Iran has come to the European negotiating table over uranium enrichment? Does that foil his plans for perpetual war in the region?
