You can't have massive declines in prices and small declines in profits unless you have large decrease in costs or a large increase in volume, neither of which is likely.


The volume of potential patients in the U.S. is small, about 5% of the potential patients. We are really talking about fluxuations in the luxury end of the market. Even with high prices there just aren't enough Americans to buy the bulk of medicine.
