here's a "one-up"...how aobut that referral fee, or as Zip terms it, rebate, that goes back to the buyer/seller? the service is no different than the traditional agent,,, one could argue that it's actually better. With their contracts, if the client is dissatisfied with the service, a check will be issed to the dissatisified party for an amount which I forget, that is deducted directly from the agent's portion of their commission. A nice system for balance, huh?
