Up till about 1600 A. D. the moon was a planet. It went around the earth. So did the sun, Mercury, Venus and everything else. Nowadays we know better. Now everything revolves around the United States and the United States revolves around the Sun King from Texas who smiles down upon us and frowns on evil-doers.
