TSL,

Thanks as always for posting Coxe.

I just spent a week with an economist and investor from Germany. He says everyone in Europe (everyone active in investing that is) is keenly aware of the Dollar situation. My friend told me the most attractive thing about the States/Dollar was to go shopping here, with Euros!

I wonder if the average European investor is just more savvy than the US sheeple? The dozens of people I speak with inside my company are not a good source to judge this, as our group is very export (from Germany) focused, so currency exchange is always a popular topic.

In any event, it supports what Coxe is saying about foreign inflow of investment, and damn it will get very ugly if and when the US growth "story" slows.

I just read that Porsche has hedged against the Dollar for four years. As 40%+ of their sales are in the USA I guess they see too much risk of additional Dollar decline.

Good Trading

TH

Anyone follow wheat futures? What are they doing? If the dollar continues to fall will not American farm products become extremely competive?

Maybe I better purchase my farm earlier than previosly planned.
