What kills me about the screaming is that anybody with an ability to think at all knows the system can not work the way it is. It has to be changed. Yet the hysterics continue.

The Republicans know they could never sell total replacement

So it's about the whether "replacement" implies "total replacement" when what is being proposed is only a partial replacement? Good grief!
