Elroy Re...You evidently don't understand the meaning of the word "depends", or you have poor grammatical skills. Go back to high school and practice subject predicate....

What is with you lefties, that you can't answer a simple post without insulting someone.

As long as Kerry didn't promote anti-American activities during this meeting, it doesn't matter to me whether he knew he was in the Navy or not when I determine if meeting the Viet Cong government reps was treason.

But it would certainly bother anybody, but a diehard lefty if he did. Technically, according to the rules, posted by Dierks he did, but as with murder there can be extenuating circumstances. I simply tried to point out two of those circumstances. No reason for you to get your undies in a bunch, over nothing.

Yeah, so? To state that his meetings were treasonous without any knowledge of what was discussed at the meetings is.....in my opinion.....stupid.

And you want to accuse me of reading comprehension skills. Read my post again. I said it would depend upon what was discussed. Kerry hasn't released the transcripts,, so how would I know. However, it is a possibility, and I really don't want to take the chance of voting for a traitor. Would you?

Well I can take the US government's view, or your view, and I'll choose the US government's. He wasnt even charged, so this discussion is a waste of our time.

That certainly is your option, just as it is my option to withhold my support for Kerry, until he can satisfactorily answer that question.

You probably think that to charge a person who breaks into a bank with theft without knowing shat they stole is stupid. You probably think that the Constitution is stupid.

Would you vote for Benedict Arnold?

I don't care is they discussed tidley winks or hang nails. The fact that a US military officer was meeting four times in Paris with the enemy without the approval of his government is all we need to know under the law we have now. He violated the US military code of conduct. He committed treasonous acts. He is a piece of work.

He lied under oath to the US Senate about falsified charges of un-American, un-professional un-military conduct.

It appears the reason he received the less than honorable discharge that he has taken great pains to try to hide is because of his treasonous acts.

You can live you life under a liberal rock, but those who are willing to examine the facts would never say they are both patriotic and willing to vote for Kerry.
