Ballistic missiles can't be much of a threat from North Korea or Iran when we have thousands of them, literally plus many more thousands which are off line but could be on-line in short order. What state is going to risk their complete annihilation? Only states have the ability to develop and test let alone attack using ballistic missiles. This entire ABM program is a big boondoggle for Boeing et al. This fear thing is going too far. Well, fear is how its sold to the public...
