Hi Sig,

I dunno, guess we shall see. Heard about a CIO survey this morning that talked about single digit spending growth going forward. Intel has hit the speed wall, at least temporarily, they used to ridicule AMD's marketing strategy that relegated MHZ to secondary status, now all of a sudden they are in the same boat. Cisco was cautious in it's report also, with Chinese competition looming on the horizon. I agree with you on housing, but how long will this boom last? It's obvious that money has been flowing into real estate instead of equities. I live on the east coast in an outer suburb of NYC, and appreciation here has been eye opening. My brother lives in San Diego, and appreciation there makes what we have here seem tame. Don't see how even upper middle class folks can afford much of a house anymore on the coasts, kind of sad...

Best regards,
John
