you could be completely right. i won't discount the
possibility and i could come to the same conclusion.

but i don't jump quickly.

i have plenty of evidence to conclude that the
potted plant is criminal but not enough to convict
him of all the charges you've claimed.

you're more of a prosecutor type.

i'm more of the juror type.

either way, he's certainly eligible for life in prison.
(i don't do the death penalty).
