Applied Industrial Technologies Inc declare 3 for 2 stock split. finance.yahoo.com Stock now down. Perhaps it is the buying opportunity.

GRIC trades quiet heavy.

Sears and KMart to merge. I predicted this about 2 weeks ago in private conversations. KMart has 3 billion in cash and 3.5 billion in tax loss carry forwards. S makes money and has a much better name than Kmart. Powerful combination. Wonder who will run the new show. The KMart dude is quite a clever investor, has been called the new Buffett. MAsterful acquisiton of Kmart debt to acquire Kmart in BK. Sears people hopefully know more about merchandising. should be interesting. i have no position in either. Kmrt holders get 1 share in new company, valued at $100. S holders get $50 cash or 1/2 share in new company. Kmrt now at 102 or so. S at 45 and change so S should run up. larry
