Hi NHP,

I believe, the fully diluted earnings are reflected in the eps of 29 cents since the conversion price has been way below market price. So there is no reason to dilute the earnings further to 24 cents. The current share price has already discounted the extra shares. The basic earnings last Q was 33 cents. Please correct me if I am wrong.

NHP,

The convertible never made sense to me. I wonder if a bit of panic was what
pushed it forward, or perhaps covenants required by Toshiba to insure the cost
for the FlashVision expansion were being met. Either way, the convertibles lead
to share dilution and afforded relatively little cash.

Saw 3 new products at BestBuy this week. miniSD and transflash cards are there.
There is also a Cruzer-like USB device that can house these cards for computer downloads.
