It's interesting to hear another read on the situation with the UN Iraq vote. Apparently, Europe was really ticked off because the US pushed votes (using 911 as the backdrop) on the first resolution promising to discuss the issue.

Of course, Shrubbery failed to discuss the issue and was surprised to find that the second one stalled. Geez.

You'd think those Old Europeans would get over being lied to and played like emotional patsies on the world stage. Geez.
