The average home costs 650,000.00 in Silicon Valley. It's tough for first time buyers to come up with the money to buy.

It's great if you have lived here for several years and bought a home back when they were reasonable. Those days are gone!

There are lots of foreigners...........isthat why you thought you were in a foreign country?
