Your post is a perfect example of bad statistical analysis. The counties you post as being democrat have high black populations by percentage. Considering something like 80% of the black population votes democrat your conclusion is meaningless. Actually it is worse than meaningless, it is trying to derive a conclusion based on a pre bias. Everyone knows that democrats better represent the interests of the poor than republicans do. That is why 80% of blacks vote democrat.
