Or to keep an intellectually weak horse in office. Do you think he wasn't aware of the conventional wisdom that any "Osama" issues would help Bush and not Kerry? Do you think he's unhappy seeing the U.S. acting in ways in Iraq that have the Muslim world incensed? Do you think he's unhappy to see that in Iraq we are likely to continue to lose the "hearts and minds" of the Iraqis while, at the same time, losing the lives of our soldiers and demonstrating that determined resistance by Muslims cannot be overcome by the greatest military force in the history of the world?
