I remain confident in my previous inference that if those documents were uniformly flattering to and supportive of Sen. Kerry, we'd have long since seen them, and in my further inference that because they aren't, we never will. Nicely put. However, even if Senator Kerry is momentarily serious about the lawsuit, I'm sure his friends will draw the same inference and talk him out of it. Pre trial discovery would be lots of fun if it did go forward, though.
