I watched the game from home and Lee Corso was saying how it won't hit Coach Beamer till after the game, as a similar circumstance happened to Corso when he lost his father on New Year's day a few years ago. The players gave Beamer and his Mom the game ball. That shows a lot of respect for Beamer and a lot of class from the team. I could feel Lane stadium last night as it reminded me of Miami last year with everybody jumping and going crazy. I have a friend that just moved here from Ohio and is an Ohio state fan. He told me last night was 10 times more crazy than any game he has ever experienced before. That says a lot about the Hokie fans.<g> I think Tech will handle UVA. Payback for last year. I think they can beat Miami but Randall will have to have a complete game. He is the key. He looked very comfortable last night to me - a first this season. Maybe he is finding himself at the right time. Let's hope so.
