I see, George W. Bush won 44% of the Hispanic vote, yet Hispanics have almost the same poverty rate as African Americans. Hispanics don't care about the poor?

The South in general has the lowest median household income in the United States and is Republican Country (though median African American household income in the South is greater than the African Americans in the Midwest).
