I admire your son for trying to enlist.

How would you feel if he were able and went to Iraq, only to come home with a couple of limbs missing and have no more eyesight? Is it worthed for him to sacrifice his future for an unjust war? Is it? Would you still be a cheerleader of this unnecessary war, were your own beloved son suffers, not being able to take care of himself, just because he was healthy and had an able body?

You could not feel that agony could you? You could not feel the anger because of the good fortune that your son was not accepted in the military due to his medical history.

How much do you love your son? How much? How much? If you do love your son just half as much as I love mine, you would weep for other sons and daughters who lost their lives in Iraq for the adventure of the neocons. Now look into the mirror and look into your son's eyes, and just imagine if he were blind and had limbs amputated then ask yourself: How much do you love your son? How much? Just how much? Or you just say: Oh, son, it is all worthed for this neocons' war. Just how much do you love your son?

May God have mercy to those who have callus in their hearts just because they do not have their beloved family die or injured for this tragedy, and that they will see the light of not belittle those who are against the war and are for peace as taught by our Lord Jesus.
