I know about a $218 Million judgment to the favor of the Company, and how the judgment was obtained. I know about a Sealed Settlement with DTCC for an amount not disclosed. I know Mann fled to Mexico before he was retrieved.

I know the key supporting expert on the naked shorting issue that surrounded AZNT. I also wonder if you all told the authorities about your corruption allegations/findings in accordance with the rules of Reg FD, or if you chose to share them among yourselves first, like Ray Dirks did with his clients on Equity Funding. This is an interesting question I am sure inquiring minds will ask.

Everything else is basically moot, as most of you are about to find out after the first of the year.

Sylver may be broken by the SEC, most are because they can't bear the financial burden, guilty or not. You convict him without a jury, but would acquit Elgindy without the facts, then that makes you a double standard hypocrite.

Based on what I have put on this board so far, why do you think I care what any of you think? Believe me when I tell you I have already gotten ten times what I expected back from this time investment. Thanks for all the messages and names.

I have given you a lot more to discuss than just AZNT. I am going to enjoy your collective discomfort if an Elgindy conviction comes down, as it justly should.
