I believe rising interest rates and a stable money supply will have bullish implications. If bond yields, mortgage rates, and long term rates go up the Federal Reserve might buy dollars to bolster the economy.

I also believe that ECB will start to sell Euros at some point or their exports are going to suffer more than they already have. Again this will support the US dollar.
