I wonder why homebuilder stocks have not broken down yet? Could they possibly keep it going one more season until the MLS inventory of almost new unsold homes really starts to increase dramatically?

The crash can now begin as I've just bought a very expensive home. I've always told my wife this would be the case, no matter when we bought.
