There are no rules of engagement that justify killing prisoners, let alone wounded prisoners.... I said I understood the situation the Marine was in, but cannot defend his action.
You, on the other hand, immediately came to his defense despite the video evidence. Want to hear more? Here is the story of th e journalist who took the video. Note how intimidated he is and note his attempts to try to walk the middle of the road on this.... Also note the Marine's (the shooter) reaction when he realized he was photographed. Especially read the comments of the Lt. Colonel... I think you will also learn the rules of engagement in here:
