Correct C B but the installations had limited lines that were for 'official use'. Calling a chickie or my parents was not exactly 'official'.

There are several types of WATTS lines. Some are UNLIMITED but they are costly and most companies dont carry that. I worked for a company that did and we, as an employee benefit allowed employees to use it after a certain hour. jdn
