Only herbivores have morals? How does someone like grainne resolve the morality of predators in the animal kingdom who kill to survive? What about those that clearly relish the kill (ever see footage of lions after they have taken down a water buffalo?)

They have the intellectual capacity to understand concepts that animals cannot, to reason, to feel compassion. They are omnivores (which means that they can survive without eating animals).
