I did not say that...not even close.
I was responding. The NAACP was not even my example.

I said, "I do agree that blacks are much more qualified than whites to evaluate caricatures, the press, behavior, etc., for racial bias and slurs." Obviously I meant slurs and bias against blacks.

I feel the same way about the Irish. I think they are more qualified to access bias against them. Ditto for the Italians and every other group.

Because they can tell that they're joking. It's not meant seriously, it's not meant to wound.

Female friends can call each other stuff like "bitch" and "slut" when they're joking, too.

I expect that white men have words they can call each other when they are joking but don't go over well when outsiders use them.
