I read that some Canadian media reported that when Clinton was the Governor of Kansas in early 1980s, his state sold plenty of blood products made by using prisoners' blood in Kansas state prisons to Canada and other 6 countries, knowing those products might be contaminated with AIDS and hepatitis C. And this was disclosed by a US doctor who worked in that state prison then. And Kansas state made millions of dollars on those sale.

I was trying to find an English report on this, but cannot. Have you seen anything on this?
