If, in fact, he was prohibited from using the Declaration of Independence in his class because it refers to God, does that not concern you at all? This allegation, of course, remains to be proven, but why don't you wait for the facts about the case before jumping to conclusions.

This is a Christian teacher, and it looks like he has a big Christian axe he wants to grind in the face of public school children. Dollars to donuts there is a lot more than the Declaration of Independence here.

"Looks like" and "dollars to donuts" are not exactly much to go on, are they. There are always two side to a story and likely more will come out on this. So we will see in good time.

There is a huge difference in your "pagan" example. To the best of my knowledge, paganism did not play a fundamental role in the founding of our country. Belief in a Christian God did.
