Terry,

I normally do not trade a stock that has less than 1,000,000 shares per day in trading volume.

This is a hard rule that I go by in my search for “quality” trading stock candidates. However, I do make an occasional exception to this rule when the historical chart movement (saw-toothed) and percentage of gain v/s reward and the reliability factor of the buy/sell indicators when you look at the chart of the stock in a one and two year time-frame.

In essence there are times when it makes sense for me to grant an expectation to my “personal trading rule”.

In the case of SPDV, I am making that exception but I do understand that once an entry is made.......I may have to hold the "swing" a bit longer, before I gather my gold.
