tell me: are most holding dollars here ready to disgoge them or not? how many of your friends have diversified? how many of J5p thinks even of the menaing of diversification? the dollar bubble is the biggest bubbel in the hisory of the plannet...will it continue to fall here? who knows. i dont. will it oneday crumble....my bet is yes

There's been off and on discussion of shorting the housing stocks over the past two to three years on this thread .

Now may be the time to take another look. The HGX is making a double top. Many of the home builders are making a double top on lower volume.

Also the TYX and the TNX appear to be on the verge of a surge upwards - like an Eliot 3rd wave of the first wave up. Rates will probably rise now regardless of the dollar.

I'm assuming rising rates are going to negatively impact the homebuilders. And I'm assuming the rush to build due to the scare of higher rates ahead was absorbed this past March-May.
