Your next statment is also incorrect.

No, I DID NOT write that our manufacturing exports have gone down over the last few years.

No one said that you had during a period of time. Your statement was false as is your point here.

That statement is incorrect. Exports have increased.

Trade deficits are an entirely different issue.
