Correct me if I'm wrong.

The 30yr bond yield is about 7% there, so the spread, if Link's yield was 7.4%, would be 0.4%, but popularity seems to be pushing the yield down to the 6% range.

If so, buyers are buying not only yield but underlying assets plus appreciation potential. Since this is the first REIT, one would expect the interest to be high, pushing the yield down, but as the quality is high also, this may set the benchmark. Do you see dividend increases in the future? How is the HK property mkt?

Question: Which do you think is the bigger play here: CG or yield?
