I know two people that are currently going through the quest to find out why they can't sleep. I haven't heard from either one for a month so I can't say what they've discovered, but going in for testing seems like the obvious next step.

I can't imagine not being able to sleep for more than a few hours, but I can certainly imagine it would be awful.
