I think the calls for his replacement have more to do with the fact he had the gaul to state that --- under the UN charter --- the failure of the Security Council to authorize the invasion of Iraq technically meant that, under international law, the invasion was 'illegal' (where 'unauthorized' = 'illegal').

It's pay-back time... but --- since he is so popular with other UN member states, I expect him to serve out his full term regardless.
